Ronald Mcdonald House.....
When baby Whit was in primary children's hospital we stayed at the Ronald Mcdonald house for a couple of days. It is a place where parents and family of sick children can stay for little to no cost. I paid 15$ a day and it was such a great place. It included a private room with a bathroom, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and snacks at any time of the day. They also had a private pump room for those of us with babies that were in the hospital and wanted to keep our milk. They had t.v rooms and family visiting rooms, and everything is donated. I have never felt so touched by so many great people. While Whit was in the hospital I remember feeling so thankful for everything that I have. I want to always remember feeling this way because it grounded me.... I couldn't help feeling like I was the luckiest person in the world (even though my baby was in the hospital) because it could have been so much worse... and I had so many people supporting me and my family and praying for us as well. We didn't stay at the house for long because my dad lives in Salt Lake and was nice enough to let me stay with him, and I felt that there were people that needed to stay in my place. It is such a great charity, and I really want to help them. I found out while I was staying there that they pay some of their bills with the donated pop tops that they receive. I have been saving them for awhile, and I would like to bring them up to them when I get a chance. I would love to get as many as I can... and anything else that anyone would like to donate to either Ronald Mcdonald house or primary childrens. I know that the NICU takes donations as well. It was a really scary time for our family but an eye opening time as well. We got to go home with a happy and healthy baby and I am so thankful for that... but others did not. I would like to do what I can for them... and I hope you will all help too!

Blast from the Past... Big 30th birthday Bash!
This one was sophmore year or maybe freshman??? We did a progressive holiday date for "Sadies"... one of my all time favorite dates!
We had pics done for junior prom... I am so glad I have all these pics from highschool with my friends!
This was another "Sadies date" We are at the Rez with a cake that Marsha Mecham made us with all our names and our dates names!
Me and Jenna in Vegas... Silly us!
I know that it is probably wierd that I am throwing my own birthday party but it was an idea that one of my bff's Mandy Stefanoff came up with while at bunco a few months back and I decided to go with it! I am going to have a 30th birthday party for myself on July 2nd. It will start at 1pm and go as late as we want! I was going to have a sleep over but I got thinking that it probably wont work since we all have little kids that need their mommies! If anyone still likes the sleepover idea let me know! I also thought that we would float down the river but my husband said the water is way to high and we would all die haha! So.... it won't be exactly like the good ol' days but we will make it work! I was thinking that we could just go to my mom's in Leamington, have a potluck dinner, visit, and sit in the hot tub if we feel like it, watch fireworks, and enjoy our time together! We can also go down to the river and remember old times!
When I was young and living at home... I had the best birthday parties ever! I loved having a birthday on the 3rd of July because we would walk down to the river... float down it... walk back to my mom's house completely fried... watch fireworks... eat pepsi and doritos... and talk all night long... and the next day we would start all over with the 4th of july festivities. Now my birthday is going to work for me again... since alot of my friends live out of town, I thought that they would probably be coming home for the holiday so we could try to get together! I wish we could do it just like we did when we were young... but we now have different lives and I have many friends that are either pregnant or like myself just had a baby and not quite that excited to get into a swim suit and brave the river! Bring your swimsuit just in case you want to brave the hot tub!
So... all of my good high school besties... I hope to see you all there... and to all of my new friends... you are all invited as well! I can't wait to spend my last day in my 20's with all of my great friends! I was the first to turn 16 and became the cool taxi driver and now I am going to leave my 20's in style! I hope you all come!

My kids...
Our little man laying on Grandma Sandy's blanket made just for Whit!
We got our pictures done a couple of weeks ago and I just love them! We didn't do our family pic yet because our photographer said we should do it when baby Whit is a little bigger so he doesn't get lost in the picture. We werent really planning on doing any of the other kids seperately but she caught a couple of really cute ones that of them that I fell in love with! She did a great job! I thought I would also give an update on baby Whit...
We took him to the cardiologist last week and got the all clear... she said she doesn't think he even needs to come back... Wahoo!!! He is up to a whole 6 pounds now. He is just so tiny I can't believe it. He is still wearing preemie diapers and clothes! We all love him so much and can't even imagine our lives without him! Justice calls him "baby it" which I think is so funny since we didn't know what we were having until he came. Shayda is a great big sister... maybe a little to helpful sometimes which is normal for any 5 year old! He has been a blessing to our lives and our little family! Thank you all again for your prayers... they worked! I want to ask for all of your prayers again for my little sister Shantel who is in the hospital trying to stop her labor... she is in the exact same spot that I was when I went into labor with Whit. Also my cousin Brett and his wife Alena just had their baby who was born with half of a heart. He is on the transplant list, so he has a long ways to go but he looks so good. I fell in love with the little guy the second that I saw him. He is in my prayers everyday and I hope he will be in yours!

New pics of Whit...
This is the first time my dad held Whit! Thanks dad for letting me stay at your house while Whit was in the hospital...
This is the first time Shantel held Whit... Thanks Shani for staying with me and driving me around while Whit was in the hospital!
The first time my mom held Whit... Thanks mom for staying with me and taking care of me while Whit was in the hospital!
The first time Clete got to hold Whit... Thank you for keeping our other two kids and being such a great dad while Whit was in the hospital!
He had the billirubin lights for about 24 hours because he was jaundice... also notice the presents above his head... it was Easter!
This was the day he was born... He had a pic line, cpap machine, IV's, and all types of monitors on!
The last pic... one week before I went into labor with the little man!
I wanted to add a few pics of baby Whit while he was in the Nicu... He was born on April 20th and was transferred to Primary Children's hospital on April 22nd. I started with the pictures starting backwards so I started with the ultrasound pic and continued on with every tube that he has had and every tube that was taken out! He is doing so great now... He is 5 weeks old and weighs 5lbs 8oz. He has gained almost a full pound since he was born. He was born at 4lbs 9 oz. but lost down to 4lbs 4oz. so he is doing great! He eats really well and sleeps most of the day! I got his pics done last week and they are so cute! I will add them to my blog when i get them! He is so sweet and such a wonderful addition to our family! I am so happy that he is here and that he is as healthy as he is! I am so thankful to our family and friends and to our heavenly father for all of the hope and prayers sent to our little man! We love you Whit... and we can't imagine our lives without you!

My pride and Shayda Joy...
Shayda is on the floor on the second row and second person in...
I know that all these pictures are a little random but I have so much that i need to catch up on. The first pictures that you see are of all of my kids together. They are not the best pictures but I just got their pictures done professionally so I will post those when I get them. The next pics are of Shayda and Justice at the aquarium. My dad took us there while we were staying with him. It was while Whit was in Primary's still. I was really missing them, so my dad invited them to stay with us and took us out to have fun! I was so happy to be with them... it was just to hard being away from them for that long. Thanks dad! The next pics are just to funny not to include... Shayda has decided that everytime I paint her nails and toes that she should take pics with my phone. I painted them right before I went back up to salt lake and I was looking through my pics and found these pics. It made my whole night... what a funny girl she is! I loved that she took pics of both feet and hands haha! She also had her preschool graduation last week... I am so proud of her! She loved preschool and did so well... I can't believe how much she learned! She also had a tumbling program that same week and did a few tricks that I didn't even know that she could do. This week we went to the whole school program. She did a little dance and did such a cute job! I am so proud of my little girl and what she has accomplished this year! She amazes me everyday with her talents! I love you Shayda Joy!
